Role Overview:
As a Senior Talent Partnerships Manager, you'll drive strategic alliances between our talent and leading brands. You'll work closely with their team to develop commercial opportunities that align with their artists' vision and our brand clients' goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global brands and agencies.
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships across fashion, and entertainment.
- Collaborate with their talent team to ensure brand deals align with influencers' objectives.
- Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring legal and commercial agreements are met.
- Lead campaigns that amplify brand presence and artist engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnerships or commercial roles within the lifestyle and fashion industry.
- Strong network of contacts in fashion and lifestyle.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.
